Awarded to talented people in various fields by ‘Dure Kothao Patrika and Publication’. The event, titled ‘Dure Kothao Patrika Samman 2024’, was organized at a club in the Lake Town area. Apart from awarding the prizes, members of the organizing body performed dances, songs and poetry at the event, which was held on Sunday, June 23 at noon. This time photographers Anupam Halder and Mrityunjoy Roy got the honor of ‘Photographer of the Year’.
Also, actor Sanjoy Bishwas, blind footballer Sangeeta Metya, secretary of ‘Football Association for the Blind of Bengal’ Gautam Dey, specially able brave student Manish and others were felicitated on the occasion.
The felicitation ceremony was organized at the Progressive Youth Center in Lake Town. On this occasion, the award recipients were felicitated by Arindam Bhattacharya, editor of ‘Dure Kothao Patrika’.
