Kolkata, 27th February, 2025 : Very close to Kolkata, the 'Bharat Sevashram Sangha Hospital' is providing medical services to patients at a low cost in the Joka area. This 100-bed hospital has gained popularity since 2010 with excellent medical services. Now this hospital is moving towards providing modern medical services. So, 1.5 Tesla MRI Unit was inaugurated in this hospital on 26th February (2025).
A press conference to mark the auspicious launch of the MRI unit was organized in the hospital auditorium. Secretary of ‘Bharat Sevashram Sangha Hospital’, Swami Brahmatmanandaji and Swami Sanjuktanandaji Maharaj, attended this press conference and gave detailed information about the hospital.
Chairman of the Human Rights Commission of the Government of West Bengal and Hon’ble Justice Jyotirmoy Bhattacharya, Principal Secretary of Health and Family Welfare Department of the Government of West Bengal IAS Narayan Swaroop Nigam and others were present in this press conference as guests.
After the official inauguration of the MRI unit, the hospital informed that the cost for brain and spine MRI will be Rs 4,200.
