‘Hawkers of Singapore‘ celebrates the essence of the popular Hawkers culture prevalent in the lanes and by-lanes of Singapore. The culinary team has done an extensive research and brought alive the heart and soul of Singapore’s popular hawker centers to The Verandah. It’s going to be a feast on local delights with delicious dishes across a range of diverse cultures of Singapore. The hawker cuisine of Singapore is bound to tantalize your taste buds. Singapore’s hawker culture connects Singaporeans from all walks of life over a bowl of fish ball noodles or a cup of kopi.
Hawker food – is a delicious heritage which has been recreated by our thinking Chefs. Borrowing references from Amoy Street Market, Maxwell Food Centre, Chinatown Complex Food Centre, Chomp Chomp Food Centre, Tiong Bahru Market, Newton Food Centre, Lau Pat Sat and many more flourishing hawker centres – our team has curated a fun and diverse menu highlighting the favourites from these places. Popular dishes like – Hainanese Chicken Rice, Nyonya Rojak, Roti John, Karipap Pusing finds its place on menu at The Verandah. The price for two is INR 2000 plus taxes.
