Kolkata, July 10, 2026: It was officially announced at a press conference held at the Kolkata Press Club that the feature film ‘Kuashar Aarale’ (Behind the Mist) —written and directed by Sumit Das—will offer audiences a novel cinematic experience. Set against the picturesque backdrop of misty mountains, dense forests, and rugged terrains, the film beautifully portrays a compelling narrative woven with mystery, emotion, and human relationships.

Backed by the unwavering support of Producer Asis Chatterjee, ‘Kuashar Aarale’ reflects a strong creative vision and a commitment to meaningful Bengali storytelling. The film explores how hidden truths gradually emerge from the shadows of nature, where every layer of mist conceals a secret waiting to be uncovered.

The film features an impressive ensemble Cast including Renisa, Srabani, Sayantan, and Mithun, each portraying pivotal characters that shape the emotional and dramatic core of the story.
