Kolkata, 19th January, 2025 : The 'Khidirpur Festival'(Khidirpur Utsab) was held on Sunday, January 19. The festival was organized in the area adjacent to Khidirpur bus stop. The 'Khidirpur Utsav' was colorful with various events. A drawing competition was organized in the morning. More than hundred school students participated in this drawing competition.
Blood donation camp was the center of attraction in 'Khidirpur festival'. Hundreds of men and women enthusiastically donated blood in this festival. Food packets and gifts were given to the children who participated in the drawing competition by the organizers of the festival. Food and gifts were distributed to the blood donors by the festival committee.
Eminent persons in the political field were honored in the ceremony. Festival Committee General Secretary Rajes Kumar Shaw, Chairman Nezamuddin Shams, President Shamima Rehan Khan Advisor Dr. Adan Rehan Khan, Joint Convener Sanjeev Gupta,Naresh Agarwal and others were present on the occasion.
