Kolkata, February 20, 2026: The Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata, the world’s first World Athletics Gold Label 25K and West Bengal’s largest running festival, celebrated a landmark milestone on Sunday, 21 December 2025. Marking its historic 10th edition, the race brought together over 23,000 runners at the Iconic Red Road, uniting them in the spirit of sporting excellence, community welfare, and social responsibility #ADecadeofDifference.

Over the years, Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata has evolved beyond a race into a powerful catalyst for collective giving, proving that when a city runs together, it rises together. Led by Impact360 Foundation, the event’s Philanthropy Partner has consistently expanded its charitable outreach by empowering NGOs, advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and driving meaningful. measurable social impact.

With support from Impact360 Foundation, 39 NGOs, 26+ individual fundraisers, and 9 corporate partners, alongside thousands of generous donors, the 2025 edition successfully raised INR 45.68 lakh for diverse social causes. The fundraising campaigns concluded on 10 January 2026.

Since its inception, the Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata has shown a phenomenal influence enabling more than 114 NGOs to spread awareness and raise ₹5.16 Cr for numerous causes, including Health. Environment, Animals, Education, Human Rights, Skill Development, Community Development, Women’s Empowerment, Girl-Child Education, child sexual abuse, and Disability.
