Guests can enjoy delicacies like Saffron Butternut Squash, Kuzhi Paniyaram, Kuzhi Paniyaram , Cotelettes Kavapu,  Chicken lollipop a la Franco,  Chicken curry a la Creole, Mutton pepper masala, Coastal French style fish curry, Creole Crab curry, Pondicherry Prawn curry and much more.
