Here, the open skies, cool evenings, and expertly crafted grills come together for a memorable alfresco dining experience. The Grills & Teppenyaki will be available from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
The specially curated spread features an interactive Grills station, showcasing a selection of globally inspired grills. Seafood lovers can savour the bold flavours of Grilled Sriracha Prawns and Chermoula-marinated Bhetki, while meat connoisseurs can relish highlights such as Harissa Grilled Chicken, Rosemary and Garlic Scented Lamb Chops, and Char Siu Pork Belly. Vegetarian offerings are equally indulgent, featuring dishes like Grilled Rosemary Halloumi, Baked Spanokopatata filled with Garlic Spinach, Thai-inspired Grilled Cauliflower and Broccoli Steaks, and Grilled Portobello Mushrooms with Caramelised Onion and Reduced Balsamic.
Adding to the experience is an Artisanal Pizza station, offering freshly baked favourites such as BBQ Chicken Pizza, Pepperoni, Farmhouse, and the timeless Margherita, prepared using the finest sourced ingredients and traditional techniques.
Guests can also indulge in a lively Teppenyaki Grill, featuring a choice of Soba, Udon, and Egg Noodles, paired with an array of exotic vegetables including asparagus, broccoli, bok choy, assorted mushrooms, and baby corn, along with chicken and prawns.
