Celebrating the season of love through the language of gastronomy, the exclusive gathering featured acclaimed French pastry virtuoso Chef Gaël Clavière, often hailed as the “Dalí of Pastry.” The immersive experience unfolded as a poetic tribute to French dessert artistry, blending classical finesse with contemporary expression.
Guests were treated to an array of signature creations, including the velvety Mousse au Chocolat Tonka, ethereal Île Flottante au Caramel, delicate Riz au Lait, and the exquisite Tarte Rubis de Jasmin. The fragrant Financier Pétale d’Orient, timeless Tarte au Citron Meringuée, and refreshing Sorbet Fraise Basilic completed the exquisite culinary rendezvous, each thoughtfully paired with artisanal European savouries and a curated selection of signature teas from the subcontinent.
