Kolkata, January 22, 2026: Entrepreneur, Pritimoy Chakraborty’s, book “Dragon er Deshe Kalamjuddho” was launched by Arjuna Awardee and Olympian & Asian Games Gold Medallist, Gurbax Singh and Shrenik Seth, renowned photographer. The book will also be available at the International Kolkata Book Fair.
The book, published by Deep Prakashan, was launched in the presence of noted personalities from the literary and cultural fraternity, along with readers and well-wishers. The book captured Mr Bhattacharya’s experience and journey to Beijing Olympics 2008, blending on-ground observation with thoughtful commentary, an experience that deepened his understanding of culture, competition and the narratives that connect people across borders.
