The felicitation ceremony was organized at Eastern Zonal Cultural Center in Bidhannagar on Sunday evening, June 23. On behalf of the organizers, Anupam Halder, one of the Joint Commissioners of the Revenue Department under the Ministry of Finance, Government of West Bengal presented the award to Neha Banerjee.
