Hulladek Recycling Pvt Ltd, the leading e-waste management company in Eastern India, is organizing an e-waste collection drive in association with Lions Club International District 322B1 & 322B2 for West Bengal. This campaign is aimed at creating awareness about proper waste disposal practices in corporate, educational institutions, government bodies, residential complexes and NGOs. They will be collecting old, broken, obsolete and outdated electronic and electrical waste from individuals and bulk consumers which will subsequently be channelized by Hulladek Recycling for safe and certified recycling.
The e-waste collection drive was launched by Ms Krishna Chakraborty, Mayor, Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation in the presence of Mr Anjan Fouzdar, Environmental Engineer, West Bengal Pollution Control Board and Mr. Nandan Mall, Founder and Managing Director, Hulladek Recycling. To show support towards this sustainable initiative in the city of Kolkata, Mr Ravi Gupta, Chairman, RG Cellulars, Mr Jitendra Lakhotia, Founder, LAPITUP and Mr. Nandan Mall, Founder and Managing Director, Hulladek Recycling engaged in a panel discussion titled ‘Small Devices, Big Impact – Gadget Graveyard To Green Gold’ throwing light on the problems of waste management in India and its solutions. The panel discussion was moderated by Mr Ankur Chaturvedi, AVP- HSE, Excellence & Quality, Emami Limited. The launch day will mark the onset of e-waste collection and the attendees are encouraged to bring in their unwanted e-waste at the event for authorized disposal with Hulladek Recycling.
