You’re a great cook but you can’t deliver food to your son in another state for his birthday, right? Now this problem is also going to be solved. You can also deliver your home cooked food to your relatives in other states, as well as sell it in other cities if you want.
A company called ‘T 2 P‘ from Kolkata will take your home cooked food and deliver it to any city in India. Or if you want to eat food prepared in another city, it will reach your home within one night.
Kolkata’s ‘Charabuni Services Pvt Ltd’ used to deliver food cooked in restaurants from one city to another. But now they are taking responsibility for home delivery. That’s why they launched T2P (tastes2plate) app.
This is an application for intercity food delivery in India (Online Intercity Food Delivery Application), with the help of which the food will be delivered to the specified address in another city within 12 to 24 hours of pick-up. But there is no worry about maintaining the quality even if the food is delayed due to distance or any other problem. The food will be packed in such a way that it will not spoil for 72 hours. But the pick-up time should be told a day before.
For this reason, the buyer has to pay a charge of Rs.120/- per kg of food to send food from a restaurant in the city and Rs. 210/- per kg to send food from a house.
Currently this food delivery service is available in Kolkata, Patna, Lucknow, Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Jaipur, Amritsar, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Chinchaud, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Kochi and Goa. The service will be available in Ahmedabad, Chennai, Kanpur, Ludhiana and Guwahati in next 30 to 45 days. Not stopping here, in the near future T2P wants to extend this service to all parts of the country. They call this service ‘AnyFood2AnyPlace’.
Anyone who wants to avail this service can place an order directly on the internet by typing https://tastes2plate.com or by downloading the T2P or tastes2plate app from Google Play.
In a press conference organized at Kolkata Press Club today, Srivastava said on behalf of this food app, ‘Those who want to take the service, at the time of booking, they should inform the approximate weight of the food and when and where to pick it up.’
