Anjan is an accomplished finance leader and qualified Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience across financial services, fintech, telecommunications, FMCG, and retail sectors. He brings deep expertise in financial controllership, strategic finance, regulatory compliance, governance, risk management, and business transformation.
In his role, Anjan will lead the company’s finance function, driving financial discipline, strengthening governance and control frameworks, and enabling long-term business growth. He will focus on enhancing operational efficiency through technology and automation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support the company’s long-term objectives.
Before joining ManipalCigna, Anjan held senior leadership positions at BharatPe, SBI Cards, and British Telecom, where he led large-scale finance operations, controllership, financial reporting, audit governance, and transformation initiatives. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in driving process optimization, strengthening internal controls, and delivering impactful finance transformation programs.
