The Consortium of Accredited Healthcare Organizations (CAHO), one of India’s largest healthcare advocacy platforms, unveiled its 8th International Conference, CAHOCON 2024, scheduled to take place in Kolkata for the first time on the 6th and 7th April, 2024 at the Biswa Bangla Convention Centre. Dr Sreedhara Panicker Somanath, distinguished Chairman of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) and the guiding force behind Chandrayaan 3, is set to inaugurate this pivotal event, symbolizing a landmark moment in the advancement of healthcare quality and safety.

Mr Rupak Barua, Chairman, Organizing Committee, CAHOCON 2024, said, ‘This annual symposium is designed to bring together all stakeholders in the healthcare industry on a unified platform, fostering discussions on the adoption and adherence to esteemed quality standards.’ CAHOCON 2024 is proudly supported by prominent organizations such as The International Society for Quality in Healthcare (ISQua), The Asian Society for Quality in Healthcare (ASQua), and the Quality Council of India (QCI), he added.
Dr Shankar Sengupta, Secretary, Organizing Committee, CAHOCON 2024, informed that anticipating the participation of over 1,800 delegates, the international conference has on offer a unique opportunity for engagement with national and international experts through various formats, including platform discussions, poster sessions, and video presentations.
