The initiative addresses India’s evolving healthcare landscape, marked by an aging demographic and shifting family structures where adult children often live away from their aging parents. By bridging the gap between hospital-based medical care and routine home wellness, the program offers accessible, continuous, and coordinated clinical support for families.
Under the membership, subscribers gain doorstep access to doctor consultations, specialized geriatric management, professional nursing, attendant care, physiotherapy, diagnostic sample collection, medicine delivery, and medical equipment rental or purchase. To further safeguard families, eligible members receive ₹5 lakh in accidental insurance cover along with a ₹1 lakh accidental medical benefit, subject to policy terms.
Priced at an inaugural rate of ₹3,999 for three years, the membership also includes a complimentary diagnostic package featuring a CBC, lipid profile, fasting blood sugar test, ECG, and an initial medical consultation.
